there is someting about being different. 2 15" FI's or mojo's would be loud, but just the look of 6 10"s is cool. in reality if you build the box right then either way your gonna be bumpin real hard. i say be different, 6 10"s in a crx style box with the right air space and port area.

it will look cool

average 10" has about 50-60sq inches of cone area, the average 15" has 15- 175sq inches, its a close call

As for the FI Bandwagon, I like FI, but far from a fan, or user personally. I would rather say 2- Memphis Mojo 15s which would have more cone area than 6-10s, or the 2- 15"s Fis, just for the fact the have the narrow tall surround, and more cone area, plus just a really good construction, build, and sound to them... Fi is maybe the 3rd woofer I would pick down the line

I usually go for the underdog, not the mainstream, or what everyone else likes

WERD.

I have a room full (literally" of oddball subs I can't wait to build something "dope" with just to prove you dont need to waste ur $$ buying a NAME.

Fi's are pretty well proven...

But so are quite a few other brands out there.

From my own personal exp. I'd run:

Boston G5's/G3's/G2's

Alpine Type R

Kicker CVX or CVR

RE SX

Fosgate HX2 or power HX2

Phoneix Gold Ti Or Xenon

maybe some Orion H2's

I think any one of those could be used to make a SOLID setup and sound good too. (SQL)
