Have Car make a sound on startup

ok so i was thinking and had an idea for a transformers themed vehicle, I thought it would be awesome to have the car make the transforming noise when i start it up and when i turn it off, does anybody have any ideas on how to do something like that?? no ideas too stupid so shoot me anything

make the noise with your mouth really loudly every time u start your car, but do it like a ventriloquist would so people think its the car making the sound.
