wL<3bass
Did you use a roller? and it doesn't have to touch every sq.in. of the trunk lol Quote Vehicle: 1997 S10 Blazer 4dr 4X4 Exterior: Rear End Bagged, Black Grill, Lifted 2" Amplifiers: Rockford Fosgate T8004 & T10001bd Batteries: 2 Stinger SPV35, Kinetik HC2400 Electrical: Big 3, DC Power 290amp Alternator w/ MLA at 15.5v Enclosure: 4.2 ft³ @ 33Hz 84sq.in. of port (20sq.in. per cube) Headunit: Eclipse CD3200 w/ 80G iPod Mids/Highs: Rockford T152s (a-pillars), Rockford T162s (doors) Subwoofers: 1 15" Fi BL Fully Loaded Wire: All 1/0g Kicker Hyperflex My YouTube Videos My Fiberglass A-Pillar Build My "Seamless" Looking Box Build My DD1508 T-Line Bandpass Build "Seamless" w/ Acrylic Windows (for '05 TrailBlazer) My Stealth 8" Fiberglass Build (for '05 TrailBlazer) My Build For A Friend's '08 Cobalt 15" BL Sealed Off From The Trunk My feedback/references... skittlesRgood
the area is fine but i dont know if its just cause of the layers but it doesnt look like you pressed it in at all. it should hug every nook and cranny, not just lay over the high spots. i always press in every square inch with the back side of a screw driver. others use little rollers. Emoxihax
didn't have a roller. first layer under those layers was completely flush though, damn wish I could figure out what the rattle is from now, sounds like the glass from my rearview windshield tbh lol Quote 2004 Volkswagen GLI 1 10" Skar VVX ^^^ Looking for an amp to run it, Pm me if you have one ^^^
skittlesRgood
lol %90 of my rattles have been solved with weather stripping. ill bet the rattle you hear is from the brake light on the rear deck. either the light in the housing or the housing hitting the windshield. skittlesRgood
my friend was talking about how bad he needed to deaden his rear deck. i stuck 2 little pieces of foam in where that light sits and the rattle was gone. probably saved him $50. foam tape is you friend Quote If I answered you in a well mannered, informative way, you asked a good question or had a good attitude. wL<3bass
Get a roller and roll it completely flat otherwise it was money and time wasted.
