If you keep the back seats, you won't be able to fit more than one 15" ported, maybe two 12"s ported. That's enough to be extra loud with this car. What do you plan to do ? black BMW X1 2.0 l 192 hp OEM head unit, Amplifiers : Audison AP 8.9 with integrated DSP and Ampere Audio 1200. Focal ES 100 K in front doors, and Dayton RS 180 for midbass under the front seats. 2 SSA DEMONS 10" subs, in a sealed box. SecondSkin Damplifier on front doors, and Luxury Liner Pro for the cargo area.

I've only ever heard one type R in a focus trunk and I think that was on 600 watts and I thought that was awesome lol. So 2 12's in a hatchback would be a huge loudness difference. The only thing I'm iffy on is I've been reading up on GTI relability and I'm not so sure I want to buy one. I'll be getting something brand new up to a max price of 35k.
