corteznewbie
forget to mention this set up is in jeep grand cherrokee and the amp i have now is suppling roughly 800 to 900 per sub Quote Team DBs (Driven By sound)
korey_hofer
your subs won't get hot from a crossover to low but they can bottom out, set the low pass to around 80hz. your subsonic is set by turning stereo up with sub sonic all the way up then turn it down as far as you are comfortable and make sure subs don't bottom out Quote previously known as wenn_du_weinst aka fucking internet coward supreme. Playa Named Joe
If you set the gains properly, probaly have the turned down a little, they could handle it. And I'd set the filter at like 35hz Quote 1994 Pontiac Grand Prix build

And I'd set the filter at like 35hz he could probably turn that way lower than that my subsonic was at 16hz in my box tuned to 37 running a z1 to my 12" Quote previously known as wenn_du_weinst aka fucking internet coward supreme. corteznewbie
right now the crossover on my deck is set at 63hz at a +6 dont ask why it goes from 50 to 63 but it does and on the amp i can only guess its set roughly between 50 and 60hz cuz it ont shows 20hz then a line to 250 hz Quote Team DBs (Driven By sound)
korey_hofer
as long as your speakers can drop to 60hz to blend with sub you will be fine. mine is set at 55hz in my pickup Quote previously known as wenn_du_weinst aka fucking internet coward supreme.
