But unless you're running a shitton of bass, the stock spots will be fine. If you're going to take the time and glass an enclousure, at least make it worth your time and add more speakers. skittlesRgood Posted August 25, 2010 Report Posted August 25, 2010 you want the speakers as far forward as possible. so as far forward as you can in those doors will be great. usually the stock spot is pretty far so it'll be ok. do your best to aim the speaker directly at opposite person's head, passenger speaker pointed at driver, etc. you dont need a ton of speakers for SQ but you do want to put them in an enclosure. just make sure its 100% sealed. a fairly large pod will help a lot with midbass.
