AA98hoe Posted September 20, 2010 Report Share Posted September 20, 2010 You said you had a router then you should use a rundover bit on the inner port wall and the mouth of port. as far as gaps i wouldnt use spray foam use fiberglass resin annd a lil matt. i resin all the insides of my boxes it makes them strong ,fills in any imperfections and makes them smooth as glass, looks good though.
