Hey guys

Most of my boxes are made out of particle board , while i dont see how it can post a problem , im after a little bit more oomph

i decided to coat the inside with resin and 45 the corners ...

i have a couple of questions ..

1 how much hardener drops per 100ml?

2 would there be any acoustical difference?

3 how long does this take to dry?

thanx peeps :D

hit up the fabrication section.....there is a MEKP chart stickied that will tell you what you need to know. Particle board isnt my first choice but if you do some fiberglass work to it, i dont see a problem.

hardener instructions is usually on the bottle.

you may see some acoustical difference, you know less flex means more louder inside.

resin cures not dries ;) its a chemical reaction, hence the need for a hardener. just make sure the weather is fair outside.
