I got a bunch of these

http://www.darvex.com/store/pc/viewPrd.asp?idproduct=502&idcategory=32#details

And I am running some wire up through the bed of my truck, and the edges of the metal are very sharp, anyways, what size drill bit do I need for these?

I have this set http://www.irwin.com/tools/drill-bits/unibit-step-drill-sets and the biggest bit which is 3/4 isnt big enough, anyone know what size I need?

Thanks :drinks:

I don't know if the 7/8th is the OD of the groument, so that would mean that if I drilled a 7/8th, the peice would just fall right through the hole.

Just drill one step at a time untill it fits. Thats how I did mine and it was a nice snug fit. I also used a little crazy glue under the flange of each one to make sure they didn't pop out and also to seal them. Cheap step bits from Harbor Freight FTW!

TDH FTW !!!
