I have this set http://www.irwin.com/tools/drill-bits/unibit-step-drill-sets and the biggest bit which is 3/4 isnt big enough, anyone know what size I need? rival904
I don't know if the 7/8th is the OD of the groument, so that would mean that if I drilled a 7/8th, the peice would just fall right through the hole. 2004 Yellow F150 STX 4x4 Single Cab 2 Yellow DC Power 270SP's Alts 4(and counting) XS Power 6500's 4 DD3515s Supercharged 53cu.ft 4th order blowthrough 8 DD M1b's 6 Selenium 8's 2 Selenium ST350s 154.1 @ 41hz Legal Burp Build Log

01 S-10
Just drill one step at a time untill it fits. Thats how I did mine and it was a nice snug fit. I also used a little crazy glue under the flange of each one to make sure they didn't pop out and also to seal them. Cheap step bits from Harbor Freight FTW! TDH FTW !!!
