well it runs but the idle is TERRIBLE. Above 2000 rpm its INSANE Runs great. But its running really rich at idle. Like just a little bit of black smoke and choppy idle. So i dont know wat to do. Im geussing its a sensor. We played wit the set screws on my intake manifold but it only helped a bit. I checked all my wiriing. So i took the negative off the battery hoping it might reset somthing. Anyone have any sugestions ??? or thoughts ???

Well check all your connections and make sure they are all in the right spot .

my buddy said youre running it too rich. he said get an air/fuel controller and that might help. dont ask me!!

Ya its deffintly running to rich. I will look into this air fuel controller. thanks for the response.

no problem. he said its way too rich is its blowing black smoke at idle.

k Tommorow and monday were going to figure this out. Because it runs amazing past around 1700-2000 rpm. Even if you give it just a little rev maybe to 1000 rpm it is perfect. Its just IDLE. I asked a nieghbor and he said flashing the ECU or trying another one may fix it.

this vid is EXACTLY how my car is running. Idles terrible but is normal the second u rev it. And i have the same black smoke he has but not as bad.

Try this boss man tell me what happens if it works or what...IAC Valve...Idle Air Control Valve...Here is a write up about it...Also make sure you check all your vacumn lines make sure they are all on and not cracked leaking air...IAC Valve could be your culprit..Let me know what happens..
