The box is 38ft3 if you go for a burb, look for a 3/4 ton. It will handle the weight better. I was around 2000lbs in system for awhile. Quote Designing, building, and shipping boxes. However there are some things to keep in mind. Weight 16 subs adds up. So does the amps to push them and the batteries to power them. Don't forget about all the wood. Wood. Not sure bout the Chebbies but the floor width of the X is 52" 54 if you take out the plastic panels. Now 16 W7's will put you at 52 x 52 at a minimum. Thats all subs touching so doing 4 wide will be a tight fit but can be done. While were on that, MDF comes in a 49 x 97 sheet which sucks when you need 52" wide. Either you will burn more sheets then you need by turning them of you can special order them. either way it's $$$ The max depth for the X with the rear captains chairs is 60" That leaves you with a little room to mount some batteries between the box and seat and still recline the rear seats a bit.
