yes sir, a local machine shop was gonna recruit my dad who in turn was gonna pass it on to me :)

just dont forget, when running the z position offset below the surface of the part, always give the

g01 z2.5 f50. code BEFORE g00 x0 y0 code at the end of the program and youll be golden :drink40:

substitute your z number and feed rate to your liking :yahoo:

Appreciate the advice :drinks: im still coming into it all so i still got some learning to do, but ill keep that in mind

basically what im saying is.... get the damn tool above the part before you send the table out in rapid. lol its universally stupid.

this is what can happen if you dont.... probably only about 75k worth of damage

I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy.

Bunch of people at my work go there. Seems like a pretty nice school I go to hfcc and I love it so far

I went there right out of hs. I live right down the street from hfcc. I know one guy that works at roush too.
