Build looks good besides the deck you should convert over to a double din dash and clean that up. You just need the over-lay and dash radio bucket and relocate the climate controls down and then you'll have a factory double din mounting whole and trim. The volt meter is sick props on that.

Dude, that dash hasta come off alot more. Still haveta run some remote lines for amps, hook up RCA cables, so I didnt wanna go all hardcore & make it so nice that when i took it out again it was gonna be a pain. This was just for temporary. But dont worry, I want this install to be super clean & thats exactly how it will be Thanks to people like you offering constructive critisizm

oooo dude and about the speakers and the 4ch amp u can turn down the power to them if it sounds distorted or think there gonna blow but yeah just make sure the pairs of 6.5's are both on the same side like not like the front 2 and the back too do the 2 left and the 2 right off the channel

Stetsom in brazil are tight ass's and wont give any type of team pricing / break for advertising them so i am going to contact their main miami warehouse & see whats up.

I only feel its fair for people like us who drive vehicles that turns heads & act basicly as moving advertisment not to get some kind of discount. So if the stetsom guys in miami are the same, I will be needing to find a new monster amp ! or 2 atleast 5,000 RMS amps. Hopefuly stetsom miami is more open to discussion.

Id say itll have quite the charging system , For now i am sticking wtih kinetik batterys then switching to XS power 16v ASAP just have to buy them 1 at a time & then make the switch. I dont understand whatsup up with stetsom, I thought they had an arangement with DC audio if u where on one you where on the other, Ah well, ill keep you al updated on the situation. If i have to pay full retail price for this amp this build will take some serious extra time. I couldnt belive what they quoted me, Because if thats 50% off , then i dont know how many people in the world buy stetsom amps at retail.

Ok we got a minor update ! My e-cheque for my alternators cleared ! Matt from mechman says he is just waiting on some deep stators to come in so he can build the alt's.

I got 2, 200 amp alternators & custom mounting bracket. I am super exited to tackle this dual alternator install I am looking forward to the challange. Also another slight update is I am looking into soundstream for amplifiers.

To be more specific, I am looking at this model DTR1.3400D witch does 3400 watts RMS power x 1 at .5 ohms. Since soundstream is on ebay & for very cheap, I am thinking of getting 2 of those and running 1 per sub having each

lvl 5 at .5 ohm & running off its own amp. ( If thease things are truely stable at that load )

Then for my components i have been checking out 2 of their amps :

SOUNDSTREAM STL6.620 6 CH 620W ( Since i have 6 total components i figure this would work ) DONT know anything about this amp, Cant find much out about it so if anybody has any experiance with it let me know.

SOUNDSTREAM DTR4.500 4 Channel 500W

I have never installed an amplifier for my components before, Is it as simple as RCA/remote then wire the speakers into the amplifier instead of the H/U ? Thanks guys for all the support on youtube & in advance for answering thease questions or shairing your opinions on my new selections.

My next video will be as soon as i recive my dual alternator bracket & alternators themselfs. I belive matt is shipping them all at once so i should recive them all fairly close together.

Hopefully its still warm enough to work on my ride or atleast not snowing yet !

And they are fairly stable at that level ? I think with my electrical system i shouldnt have any problems. Just wanted to double check, Is there a larger DTR model than that one ? I supose around 3000 RMS per lvl 5 18'' should be ok at a half ohm.

I was more interested in the quality of brand, Are they a good company / solid reputation ? Or are they just displaying thease low ohm loads to attract unsuspecting buyers ? I need somthing that will play daily at that level.

ALSO !!! MECHMAN is building my alternators as we speak ( well probably not litteraly ) But you get the idea, Should have them in a week or two ! New videos to come soon !
