uhoh_45 Posted March 27, 2012 Author Report Share Posted March 27, 2012 got couple updates havent got much dont as i've been stressing over stupid beauty panels and getting them to line up correctly without wasting wood so havent cut them tried to use hanger and mold it to the door without luck and then tried cardboard a felt and some scissors found some wire layin around to wire up box -all red i know but i taped the neg black so its all good wires wire took off those stupid plastic cups and crimped down on wire first then soldered and heat shrunk had bunch 2x4s cut at 17" from when i shrunk my sealed box's down in explorers bandpass so decided use those and couple 2x6s (remember guys this is a recycle build) got them glued and screwed to the box stupid thing is heavy waiting on tint to come in so can finish back up and permanently mount box still need to mount up the arms that go in rear that held seats in and weld up bracket to mount to back plate of wall R.I.P! I've had a 90 Lumina for 8 yrs now and probably built about 7 different boxes for it haha. So I have love for the Lumina and yours is turning out awesome. i was on my 5th box with the 18" and now its walled off haha cant wait get this thing LOUD all my friends bitch about the lumina but shit its got a lot of character things been threw a lot buddy replaced engine with his dad and me and him have worked our asses off on er so as shitty as she is she means a lot to me R.I.P!
