Shops will charged the most its time comsuming , look for someone who does it on the side and that has a good rep , alot of show winning cars are done out of someones house, you just have to research , i wouldnt pay more than 5 to 6 thousands for any solid color candy , anything added to that like patterns or what ever the price would increase
