klownin_03 Posted October 18, 2010 Report Share Posted October 18, 2010 I have a 87 regal that has a 2 pump hydraulic setup, I am ordering a 12" fi bl or Q sub for it. my question is what kind of amp should i buy to run it? i am on a budget and it is not a comp setup just for me to listen to. i will build a ported box that will be 2.5 cubes tuned to around 32-33hrtz. if u guys have any brands or specs that i should be looking for please let m know. Alex K Posted October 18, 2010 Report Share Posted October 18, 2010 aq 2200, saz2k, or 2500. You could go crunch, or hifonics too. Not too familiar with their amps other than some mids/highs amps. I've ran aq, and currently running 2 sundowns. You get what you pay for when it comes to amps most of the time 2006 Nissan Z Track. But try the audioque 2200d. 2000 2dr blazer 15" diamond audio d3 4 cubic ft. tuned @ 32hz (slot port, sub back, port back) debating on a wall or no wall. Why would you EVER WANT flex?huh?...flex is what can make the lows lower and more air being pushed correct?
