I can guide you if you want i got 2.1 on there. i was messin with metamorph but came to a stand still when i couldnt find anything for it. lil_italy773 Posted December 12, 2010 Report Share Posted December 12, 2010 Lol getting ready to root and upgrade to 2.2, I have a samsung captivate, tired of att's bloatware, time to see what this phone can really do. Who's rooted? Roms? Anyone playing with apps? My Eris is Rooted, Overclocked and Running 2.2. However my Epic (similar to the captivate) is still on 2.1. There is a One-Click root out for the Galaxy-S Phones. The isn't too many ROMS out there yet, but they are working on a few.. Here are the two best sites I know for these phones. http://androidforums.com/ and http://forum.xda-developers.com the best site i would say for any fone.
