Which are better subs, a pair of RE SE 12's with 86 sensitivity or a pair of audiobahn AW1206T with 96 sensitivity?

My friend keeps telling me the higher the better but I said that it doesn't really matter.

id choose RE over audiobling. those ratings are lil bullshit...96 sensitivity...psshht
