dula Posted October 26, 2010 Report Posted October 26, 2010 Ok Im only 17 but im doin my fist install with my dads help (He was a installer way back in the day for a longggg time but hes old and hasnt done much installing in a while and he wants me to do it.) The problem is i have a Diesel Mercedes, e-class all the videos and things ive watched are on lower class cars and its all backwards for me cus my batteries in the back. I just need some tips or a lil input from you guys on whats gunna help me get threw this. Thanks for any input!

Winn Posted October 26, 2010 Report Posted October 26, 2010 im guessing run the power wire to the battery???? that easy? idk Im doing an install for a friend for his BMW f'in germans put the battery in the back so i have to do the same. you dont do much with the battery with a smaller size system except for putting the power wire i think. dont listen to me fully. chapo123 Posted October 26, 2010 Report Posted October 26, 2010 no pics? if batterys are in the back it should be easy.. instead of doing a run of power wire to the back just connect the wire to the back battery to a amp.. and gronud in the trunk or even to the battery. then just run rca's and remote wire from the head unit. Steve I don't know why but everytime I see your new paint I want a Dr. Pepper...... is this normal? heres an analogy for you. running a high power stereo without a fuse is like having unprotected sex with that hot chick at the bar with the sketchy sexual history.
