moetpoppin
About to order my jasper circle jig. friend of mine is coming to my to help him build a system in his 08 jetta. I want to build a nice fiberglass enclosure for my boat tho now. Choosing fiberglass since its waterproof, and I would have to resin the outside of the box anyways Anyways what I am wondering is what kind of router bit do I need? I will be most likely using 3/4" MDF or ply. Ply would be better since its going in a boat and any moisture would swell up instantly in the boat. For the car build tho, MDF would most likely be used. thanks ty TY Moet poppin', hoe hoppin', aint no stoppin' B.I.G. poppa, I'm a bad boy Party and Bullshit - The Notorious B.I.G. AMI CUSTOMS
Just use the a wood bit, you don't need any kind of special bit for fiberglass. moetpoppin
Just use the a wood bit, you don't need any kind of special bit for fiberglass. not cutting fiberglass, just making rings. my bad too much info haha try and find a down spiral 1/4" bit for the jig! or an up spiral will work to! ok cool and the jig has 1/8" increments? This is so I can use a 1/4" bit and accommodate for the bit size and end up with exactly a (hypothetical) 15" hole? ty TY Moet poppin', hoe hoppin', aint no stoppin' B.I.G. poppa, I'm a bad boy Party and Bullshit - The Notorious B.I.G.
