Used chop-mat today to seal in the inside corners where the front meets the back so it will stay strong when the back edge overlap is sanded down, also put resin on the dowels holding the ring in for added support. Going to let cure overnight then start fresh tomorrow !!

Since our temp dropped to 10 degrees last night, im going to have to put off making it out to the shop until it warms up in there to do work on my door panel pods. so until then i am going to work on wiring up the 600 watt amp that will be powering the subs in the door panels. First running the power wire through lower firewall !

095IMAG0224.jpg

Too cold to be outside , so went through all my car audio boxes and gathered up enough to complete the wiring, amp will be mounted under passanger seat.

095IMAG0223.jpg

Power wire came out in a great place ! Just pull carpet back and will come out right under the pass seat !

Boring wire pics, back to the fiberglass and body filler this evening !!!

sanded filler down with Random orbital and by hand !!
