How is port length calculated?

I'm pretty sure it is. That's how I did mine (I also added in the 3/4" for the front baffle thickness).

you're right. the physical port length is how long the wood should be in order to attain the desired port length entered into the port length box. but...you did not need to add 3/4" for the baffle thickness. my calculator already takes that into effect

and thanks for the plugs it makes me feel nice when i see people referring to my calculator
