My friend has a asa700.5 with a few of those mid bass speakers form powerbass and they sound GREAT period Headunit - Pioneer AVH-P4250 DVD 4 - infinity reference 6.5 a pair of infinity reference tweeters 1 - AudioQue AQ-120.4 amplifier for mids & highs 1 - AudioQue AQ-2200D Monoblock 1 - AudioQue HDC315 KitAudio kerf ported Enclosure 4 - Stinger pro series signal wires 20ft Stinger 1/0Ga power & Ground wires Big Three Upgrade 1 - Kinetik HC1800 (Not Here yet . .Still Saving up for one)

jhmeg2 Posted November 8, 2010 Report Posted November 8, 2010 I know there are few people using the Selenium mids and are pretty happy with em. just another option. but yeah, I'm sure the Image Dynamics will sound great, they are a great product. btown247365 Posted November 9, 2010 Report Posted November 9, 2010 If your on a budget a want good sound you should spend more on your component sets than the subwoofers. It is so easy to get bass, doesn't mean its clean bass, my point is there is no such thing as an awesome system if you can't hear the words to the songs. Buy speakers that compliment your amps RMS power and you should be fine. Buying speakers that are rated over double your RMS power will sound horrible when turned up.
