  1. I have a fi q 18 on 1200 watts tuned to 27 hz and I can do a small hair trick
  2. There are two types of bass nobs you could get with an amp, first is a gain nob which Is useful and does basicly the same thing as a RCA level. The other is a bass boost nob wich you should NEVER use. It will only lead to clipping. If you have one of those. Use a RCA level
  3. Also there is this russian bass meter that's cheaper and suposedly .1 db off from termlab. Don't remember the link, some else here might know
  4. Very true! Impedence rise is a big problem with passive xovers. More wire would just ad to the effect. And it would most Likely screw with the xovers zobel circuits with more wire.
  5. What are your maximum dementions?
  6. Just out of curiosity, which btl is it? A n2 or the gen 2 UFO style btl?
  7. I would just do 45's for bracing.
  8. Good luck finding a 6.5" sub that will fill a room. And fi is still having their black fi day sale. $65 for a 10"
  9. That's to give head room for the people who don't know what that gain nob on their amp does.
