Fairly cheap and looks decent, I'm just tryna get rid of my Kenwood KDC-MP738U and upgrade a little. What are your guys' opinion on this head unit?

in my opinion alpine is good all around but i would deff go with somthing more non basic like a pionner premier or a higher alpine man you will be disapointed with that one

Why are you getting rid of the Kenwood?

I really don't like the look of it and thought the Alpines looked pretty sick. Why are you interested? Lol..it's on eBay.

Alpine makes a solid unit. But like has been said, its limited on expandability. Most amps will be able to make full power off of 2v preouts, so don't worry too much about 2v, 4v, etc... as long as your gain on the amp is set properly.

Bunch of shit going in, check out the build

I need fast replies! I'm 2 sec away from buying this one if all's good! (:

Looks good to me but are you sure you want 2v preouts?
