ss dtr1.1400d

ok so i have 2 600wrms type r 12"s and i was planning to buy a soundstrem dtr1.1400d to power them. all i have is a stock alt, stock wiring and a costco battery, so i was wondering if i should do any electrical upgrades to my vehicle before installing the amp.

I'd buy the AQ1200 honestly but do the big 3 and ensure you're fused

ill probably end up getting the aq 1200d when i have more money its $100 more than the dtr.

if i do the big 3, should i use 0gauge or 2?

and what gauge wire should i run to the dtr1.1400?

There's a reason the AQ is a little more expensive. But the $100 is more than worth it. I hated the dtrs...actually...a lot of soundstream period (personal preference)

Do the big 3 in 0 gauge, just got another spool of Knu and love it. 4 gauge for the amp...Knu has that too, lol. But if you're on a budget I believe there's 0 gauge in the for sale section

Someone correct me if i'm wrong, but im pretty sure the AQ1200D is 4g input as well.
