finally got some numbers on my XL 15

Nice numbers for only 1000 watts. If you're going to seal the trunk off, I'd do port on the driver's side, everyone says they get better numbers that way.

Yeah thats what I was gonna do. I was gonna put the port in my S10 on the drivers side too

Running two of the dc eights in my single cab hombre (s10) on 750 rms hittin a solid 142 without any door panels on or deadening. These trucks love a higher tuning (40-45) and the port on the driver side. Even with a higher tuning the cab let's the woofers hit the lows. Doubling the power(dropping the ohm load on my zx1500.1 back to two ohms) and the drivers here soon. Hope to get 145

the xl should be ok on 2500

my xl spl built by thor takes 3000 like a champ but i did a lot of tuning

Right now on the 1000 it barely moves so im gonna turn the 2500 up till its good if it don't take all 2500 o well lol

my xl 12 takes about 2400 watts RMS daily and it loves it, I think it could even take a bit more too. I even have a little bit bigger box then recommended, so if you have one built to specs you should be able to put even more to it! Good luck bro!
