bassmekanik22
I wish I could find more of these but they are the old model ones so finding 4 or even 2 more would be a great score let alone findinng dual 2 ohm ones. I might just look at measuring up for a larger box that will be capable of holding 4 12's or a couple of 18's down the track and just make a new baffle when I can afford the larger woofers. Affording to get more power is the hard part I have about $20 a week that I can save. Could be a long wait. A clam shell would be nice but with only 4 drivers would look out of place I think. The car is barley a meter wide. korey_hofer
Why not? I had one, hated it, gained a huge blind spot behind me, made my car top heavy, and like 5 other stupid things that made car less safe I have a wall on my daily and love it. Granted I have other vehicles to drive so I don't have to drive it all the time, but I do anyway if it just me and don't have 3 other people with me. And everyone who is saying walls are expensive, how, have you guys done a "correct" wall before? LOL, mine wasn't much more then my 2 15 L7 box I made, just alot more time. yes I had a "correct" wall. does not change the fact you can't see out behind you as well as no wall Quote previously known as wenn_du_weinst aka fucking internet coward supreme. audiofanaticz
building a wall with 20sq inches of port per cub, and attempted to tune it that low would require one longggggggggg port....
bassmekanik22
Long ports are not a problem. Gives me a chalenge to work around. More port means more air that is the plan anyways Quote Systems: Fun Car: Deck: Alpine CDA-9887 Front sounds: Alpine SPR-175A x2 Front power: RF T400.2 Benched at 265x2 rms @ 2ohm Subs: RF T1 10 dual 4 Ohm x1 Sub power: RF R500.1 Box yet to be built.
