Easy Way To Upload 5,000 Pics To A Server

I have a few people that shoot for me who cant figure out how to ftp pics to my server. Is there a easier way or a program that can alow people to safely and quickly up load large amounts of photos to my server?

The problem is that the person up loading the pics isnt all that computer smart and has no idea what a ftp program is.

Couldn't you use a program like MY PC or Log Me In and just do it for him?

If they can't figure out how to drag and drop how are they using a digital camera?

there having problems down loading a ftp program then putting in all of the correct information then getting connected to the server.
