Jon from epicenter sent me a few pics of the pillars On to the box!! 2x6 45s in corners and kittyhair in evry corner with a nice half moon abt the size of a quarter... Rounded all external port walls 1/2" round over Some of the bracing and you can see the 2x6 in the big 45 (just so no one thinks it's all bondo or anything!) Also you can see where I rounded the bottom edge of the sub cut outs..
