Amalan Posted August 27, 2007 Report Share Posted August 27, 2007 dont get projectors with hids. and get a better pic with your friends car. with your lights shining on sand and his lights shining on grass, of course yours are going to look brighter. they dont look bad though. huh??? projectors keep the hids leveled so they dont blind oncoming traffic. they focus the beam onto the ground instead of it being scattered everywhere. but you need different bulbs if you get projectors. if you dont have projectors youll have a d2r bulb which will not scatter everywhere but if you have a projector then if you get a d2s bulb which scatters the light everywhere itll be brighter and the projectors will focus it and keep it level so youll get a clean cut off line.
