Using a double baffle may require the 2nd sheet Here its 89,50 for a 22x1220x2440 mm / 4x8 feet. and i used 2 of those to this.. tho in particle board and thats about 40 each. skittlesRgood Posted December 7, 2010 Report Posted December 7, 2010 fiberglass isnt cheap. itll cost as much if not plenty more than an extra sheet of wood to give the same strength. im not exactly sure as your prices seem pretty over the top. particle board lets air through it. its a small amount but if you were to seal it with fiberglass resin, it would stop it.
