Amp Relays

for two amps and thats it you dont need any relays. when you start getting to three four five items then you use the relay

ok so they are used for turning multiple amps on the correct way?

do they in any way whatsoever help your system to hit harder?

i just wanna have the facts so next time my cousin brings it up, i can slap him in the face with some more knowledge.....

Definately not making your amps hit harder. I always remembered that a headunit is never supposed to run more than 1 amp on the remote circuit and that was the rule of thumb

cant say it will make an amp hit harder no, so slap your cousin with a fish lol. all it does is turn the amp on

alright so the amps have been upgraded to DB DRIVE PD2000.1

What do you guys know about these amps? good? bad?

Autozone has 30 amp relays for like $6. They usually carry them right by the fog lights or the wire and fuses.
