trulywickedcustoms
Yea that's my only big worry as well that's why iv been trying to ask around.... I might have to wall it... I do not want to but I'd love to see like 8- 18" in a clam or 12- 15" in a clam (lower lvl ofcourse) ... Idk man I wish I could just do the box as planned with 9 but I may have to step back to 6? Idk I'm just trying to think in terms of the subs being to close to the roof, port being on the edge of to close to the hatch.... Throw out some opinons guys I dnt wana build this with 9 or 8 15" and it sound horrible.... Kinda sucks but id rather not waste my money on building multiple boxes, an buying to many subs.... trulywickedcustoms
i went and measured the cargo area of the burb its 41" floor to roof, and 65" top of the back seat to the rear gate.. so with Jays desgin ill have roughly 10" from the port to the gate and 15" from the top baffle to the roof... so that makes every thing sound a lot better IMO and if my calculations are right if i just do the double or triple baffle on top and single 3/4" birch everywhere else, the net will be around 29 and some change so thats over 3 per sub so thats alot better let me know what you guys think Quote *2013 NEW BUILD* 12- 18" Crossfire XS v2's B pillar 4th order wall 4- Crossfire 8K mono blocks 40+ pro audio mids tweeters and horns 3- Singer alternator 400a external regulated alts tons of audiotechnix wire 24- XS Power D1400's -TEAM XS POWER- -TEAM CROSSFIRE- -TDH-
