Or just one box common chamber? I think you should work on building a stable electrical foundation first then get an AQ3500 to running a three. Then add a second strapped to give each their minimum requirement. What voicecoil configurations are your subs? If d1 solution is easy wiring on AQ down to .67 ohms which would suffice until you added the second. Upgrade the alt, starter battery and two D3100s in the back would be my suggestion.
