Port Placement

Recommended Posts

That box might sound like shit. Your trying to force the air all the air sideways and then 90 degrees to exit. If that slot was vertical, it would work better. Some of that air is going to want to bounce straight back against that air, causing some cancellation. There will be a lot of turbulence in there. Somebody correct me if i'm off here. At the same time, i'm curious to see what this would sound like.

You're very much right about the box. Very very interesting design though. I say if you like it build it and let us know how it sounds. Might get some port noise with a port that thin but there's only one way to find out for sure.

wtf is lolcats?

I'd def get a fat hooker if i had to resort to that kinda thing. I feel like they'd be grateful and work harder. Also its more bang for my buck, more real estate for my dollar if you catch my drift. its like the Costco of streetwalkers.

I was hoping for 150 :(.

I was hoping she would let me put it in her butt

I'm going to try and build it the first weekend of the new year. If I succeed I will post a vid.

x2 on the angle, id say round the corners inside of the box where the port is too.... smooth it out a bit as well/help lessen port noise

That's what I was planning. I'm also thinking of making the port a little more square, as supposed to rectangle. Give it a little more hight and bring in the sides.
