Under car leds are only half lit

like the title says only half of each of my tubes is lit. i want to fix it but i am not sure what the issue might be. has anyone had this problem? or know how to fix it?

ive tried to check all my connections (its routed very well). im pretty sure all tubes are connected well as they are very difficult to pull apart and were taped together as well.

im trying to figure out if there is a broken lead in the lights somewhere or if the controller is the problem. i dont think it is the controller because i had the same problem with my old controller so i ordered a new one and the same problem still exists.

any insights?

Are they green or omni colored? Probably a lead, like he said. ^

led's correct? not neons? i know the bass fucks neons up... most likely a lead wire inside the tube itself... if you have warranty get them replaced

yes they are leds. multi color

i dont have warranty.

now here is a test i did that might throw a wrench in things. the flow of electricity goes

control->drivers->rear->passenger->front

i hooked the control straight to the front tube, the last in line. same thing happens.

also the tubes are divided into 2 boards. on the side tubes only half is lit, just one board. on the front and back half is fully lit and then there is about 1/2 of the second board dimly lit.

still think its a wire? or just a shitty control unit?
