They can be cut to be shortened or lengthened, you just need connecting rings. There are 4 small screw holes on one flare of each port and they need to be wiped down, but thats all. I'll let them go cheap, $15 plus actual shipping each. They're $33 plus shipping brand new. You can cut them in half and add or remove what you need, then just get the connecting rings on Parts Express for a couple bucks. And yes about APO shipping, it should be free shipping.
