AA98hoe Posted December 23, 2010 Report Share Posted December 23, 2010 I took back my fluke meter today and bought a true rms ammeter, then i went home and with 2 of my buddys and clamped my amps.I have 2 DD m4s rated at 3500w @1ohm at 11.9v on 4 DCxl-18s wired to .7 strapped. Heres my results.I tested on a 38hz burp, 152.5v and 78.2A = 11925.5watts @ 1.9ohms not to shabby. Thats 2981watts per 18 and im sure they could take a lil more,ive been pushing them at my last 3 shows and cant get any of them to fail. lol not that i want too.
