I dont have any issues with their customer service. I can call them up tomorrow and have my recones in a week. IJS yep, i've called and ordered new soft parts for some of my old 3512's, hadn't gotten them for 3 weeks, so i called them and told them what was happening, they said they forgot to ship them out, and then i got them in another month or so, but i've heard other stories from other people that are similar to mine too. All of these companies have relatively easy access to recones, so why not use genuine ones? They'll work better, for longer anyway. It's like if you blew up your Honda motor and were like SHOULD I USE GM OR FORD RODS TO REBUILD?... just retarded. Quote 10.x volts fo' life!
