Hope everyone had a good new year, I did.. until I had some issues in vegas.. Went to the CES show and I got pulled over in my rental car for having expired tags... LOL... I did ask for pics but they did built the box in a few days glass and all. I tried to get them to take pics of the build but they didn't. before i knew it, the box was done. Its not that we are picking on you or we don't like you or singling you out. Its just one of the requirements we have to enter the contest. Seeing as to how the sponsors are putting up excellent prize packages its not even a big thing to do. Heres the basics. 1st-20th-Nominate (or when we reach 15 nominees) 21st-End of month-Vote for Winner. Ok, here's the rules.... 1.) Systems must be complete (or at least 95% complete) before nomination can take place. NO BARE BOXES 2.) BUILD LOG WITH PICTURES IS REQUIRED. Give some info on your setup ex: box style, amps, subs, electrical system upgrades. TL score is optional but preferred. 3.)Professional installers or shop owners are not eligible to enter when a prize is offered. 4.) You can only win once a year, but if you don't win, you can enter as many times as you like. 5.) The winner for each month will get their own section. 6.) If you do not want to run please let it be known if nominated. 7.) If you are nominated and you are a "bad sport" you will be pulled from the nominations and suspended for 5 days out of disrespect and poor sportsmanship. 8.) If we see multiple IP address that will be used to "sway" votes, the accounts will be deleted and you will be pulled from the running. We want members to promote SOTM...hit up other forums and promote say "hey we have this competition going on check it out" but having family/friends just sign up to vote for you and leave will no longer slide. 9.) Staff of SMD (mods/supermods/admins) are no longer eligible of running in SOTM. 10.) Have fun, nominate and vote up!!! WE WANT PARTICIPATION!!! If it is going to be unlimited from now on the rules should be updated. I don't se any posts this month saying that it was going to be unlimited either. Not complaining just pointing this out.
