When I got my first ride it was in that shape. My Dad and brother we did what your doing but I did most of the grunt work. So from that day forward I have taken care of my rides big time. Got it dropped down and tried it out, Posi is working good, Brakes are good. Was able to burn out in place and got it sideways.
