guimond47 Posted January 6, 2011 Report Posted January 6, 2011 hey boys, needing abit of advice. im buying a hifonics amp to push 4 alpine type R's 12" at 1 ohm stable. now, there the brutus line of hifonics and the HFI line. Which one should i pick. i was looking at the HFI2500D. it pushes 2500watt RMS at 1 ohm (so it says) but its not cea compliant. the brutus line is cea compliant. is cea compliant really worth the extra cash ? LET ME KNOW why i pick hifonics? because im going all hifonics except for subs.. and deck Orion 2500D , 2-10" alpine type X. Custom enclosure,Alpine amp for mids and highs.Working on a center channel ATM

What's your electrical like if anything, vehicle info, and budget. In this case you're better off waiting another month or two and spending your money wisely Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?
