He knows a lot however best buy places restrictions on what he can do. No fiberglass or custom stuff. Our second installer built competition systems in las vegas for a few years and has owned his own custom shop for years. As long as we contact our installers they can help employees out. I hook all my stuff up alone. It's more fun that way. If he is your friend then he should choose you. It's a no brainer.
