They're spacers that go on the axle that allows you to put a rim with 5 lug nuts on an axle with 4 lug nuts. I'd like to get some aftermarket rims for my ride, but 98% of them are 5 lug and if they're not 5, odds are that they are 6... Quote 1999 GMC Suburban SLTNo system planned just yet.
