ChevyBoy95 Posted January 13, 2011 Report Posted January 13, 2011 I just got my new alpine hu in today and installed it... but there is a whine coming from my sub, not my door speakers though. It cant be heard when there is any music playing at all(even 1 out of 36 volume) but it is noticeable when nothing is playing. it isnt screaming whine and it doesnt get louder with volume but i havent heard it before. i had an alpine hu before this one. note, i used the previous wiring harness already in my dash because it is the exact same as the new one. my old alpine deck didnt whine....
