thegr8cody Posted September 2, 2007 Report Posted September 2, 2007 im new to the whole mids and highs thing,i've always done 6 1/2's with tweeters,so im thinking about doing an 8" sub and a 61/2 per door or 2 8's in each door with a tweeter in the door and one in the pillars or an 8 and a 6 1/2 in each door, never heard of anyone doing this so i figured i'd ask,i've heard og 6 1/2's for mids but not 8's just thought it'd be really cool, but if not i'll just do 3 6 1/2's in each door and call it done, need help asap 1998 gmc sierra h/u:eclipse cd3200 sub:dd9518g d1.5 amp:jl e300/4 sub amp:dd m2a front stage:id ctx65cs dc power 270 alt lots of kicker 1/0
