Also understand, with it on his roof it isnt exactly an easy mod to spot. Also the first time it was brought up last season, I did not know who the truck belonged to and I ruled it legal by mistake. Regardless, I made Ray aware at Autorama that he may need to be reclassified.....should it have been handled differently before awards were handed out? Yes it should have been. Am I perfect? No. Is MECA perfect? No. We do the best we can and we also make mistakes and sometimes make bad calls....again, we do our best. With that, we'll continue to do our best and I doubt this will be the last issue we run into. I am committed to making the west coast MECA scene the best I can possibly make it.
