zayres29 Posted August 21, 2011 Author Report Posted August 21, 2011 i got you man i didnt think you were knockin it i was really hoping for a 50 but i think my first time competing a 50 was a little unreasonable i shortened my speaker wire a lot and im going to shorten my power a lot too so that will make things a lot more efficient hopefully i can get some more batts and an alt someday along with a HU and after that i think i could easily see 50s all day Btw that was the first person. I think the amp will heat up alot faster. There is actually a really nice channel of air that flows behind the seat when my windows are down I dint have a/c so they are always down and at the comp a was at try weren't worried about the 100.4s they were only concerned with the 3500 because it was past the b pillar Btw that was the first person. LoudBimmer Posted August 27, 2011 Report Posted August 27, 2011 somethin seems way off about those scores was that on the 3500? yeah it was on the 3500... i didnt get clamped so i dont know my acutual power but it was in the high 90s that day and everyones scores were not up to par and i was also dropping into the low 11s during my runs ric from pulse said i could probably gain 5 db by just getting a proper hu and tuning with the dd1 the correct way instead of just roughing the gains in by ear i was a little disappointed in my score but all things considered i think i did ok My score was low too. At last show i did 134.8 and this time it was in 133 range.
