I'm running without a HU right now I just use the aux input on the eq for right now till i can afford a new one speaking of... I still have to do a lot of wiring to get things ready for this weekend

first awards ever and my first show i ever competed at my score was lower than i expected but it sounds about right because it was 100+ out today i dont have a HU so i have poor output voltage and all my gains were sorta roughed in cause of my setup i couldnt properly tune it with the dd1 overall i cant complain with my performance im happy

it finally didnt rain long enough for me to get some more done i had to move my 3500 because it put me in a wall class ... which isnt fair so this is what i came up with

i still have to shorten the power wires and clean some stuff up but the amp is in its final place and there is just enough room on the other side for a second 3500 :peepwall:

strapped at 1ohm how does 8 sa8s on 10k sound i need to step up my electrical first though cause there is no want 2 batts and a stock alt will handle that i think my current setup is trying to kill my alt as it is

was that on the 3500?

yeah it was on the 3500... i didnt get clamped so i dont know my acutual power but it was in the high 90s that day and everyones scores were not up to par and i was also dropping into the low 11s during my runs ric from pulse said i could probably gain 5 db by just getting a proper hu and tuning with the dd1 the correct way instead of just roughing the gains in by ear i was a little disappointed in my score but all things considered i think i did ok
